WorldPower offers lithium battery module support services to high-end clients in sectors such as medical equipment, smart homes, garden tools, and two-wheelers. These clients demand high-quality, efficient R&D, comprehensive equipment, and quick responses. They also require small, multiple batch deliveries. Given these customer needs and the current state of automation equipment, we have collaborated with equipment suppliers to develop a modular, detachable, and rapidly adaptable automatic PACK assembly line. This allows for efficient delivery of various models. One such assembly line is already operational, and another is expected to be ready by mid-October.

Our production line is equipped with BMS test equipment, semi-finished product tester, air tightness tester, ultrasonic, dispensing machine, sorting machine, automatic spot welding machine, and other equipment and instruments. To enhance quality information, we introduced the production MES system in June 2019, making every critical product link checkable and controllable.
